Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister quits post

Georgian Deputy Foreign Minister Mikheil Ninua has resigned. According to Foreign Ministry,  Ninua resigned at his own desire.

“Georgia’s Deputy Foreign Minister, Mikheil Ninua has resigned of his own accord. Long time ago, he was offered to continue working in other field and planned to leave the ministry, but since he led the process of solving the problems caused by the pandemic, Mikhail Ninua decided to leave the post only after the completion of the critical phase. We assess him as a highly valued and worthy member of our diplomatic corps,” the Ministry said.
