Georgia’s Ambassador Alexander Kartozia presents credentials to German President
Georgia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Federal Republic of Germany, Alexander Kartozia, presented his credentials to German Federal President Frank-Walter Steinmeier, the Georgia’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
Kartozia was appointed Georgia’s Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Germany in September 2025.
Commenting on the matter earlier today, Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Kobakhidze expressed hope that the appointment of a new Georgian ambassador to Germany and the presentation of credentials to the German president would contribute to “resetting” bilateral relations.
