Georgian President to address UN Artificial Intelligence Management global dialogue in Geneva
Georgian President Mikheil Kavelashvili will address the inaugural UN Artificial Intelligence Management global dialogue in Geneva.
According to the Presidential Administration, Kavelashvili arrived in Geneva accompanied by his wife. President Kavelashvili is scheduled to meet UN Secretary-General António Guterres.
The goal of the global dialogue is to facilitate discussions among UN member states regarding international cooperation, share best practices, and hold open, inclusive communication on artificial intelligence.
As Deputy Foreign Minister Aleksandre Ghvtisiashvili explained, the participation of the President of Georgia in this conference holds special significance both for Georgia and international organizations actively working on issues of artificial intelligence management.
The Georgian President will participate in the UN high-level conference. This event is of particular significance since the role of artificial intelligence is increasing in state management systems of various countries. Georgia is one of the leading countries in terms of reform implementation and the use of modern technologies. The President’s participation in this conference holds special significance both for Georgia and international organizations actively working on issues of artificial intelligence management,” he said.
