Georgian President condemns Jerusalem synagogue shooting

Georgian President Salome Zourabichvili condemned Saturday shooting outside a synagogue in Jerusalem.

“Shocked by the Jerusalem synagogue shooting. I condemn this horrendous attack against peaceful worshippers. Violence can never be condoned. My prayers are with those injured and those who lost their loved ones,” President tweeted.

A 13-year-old Palestinian wounded 2 people in an attack in East Jerusalem. The attack came just a day after a Palestinian gunman opened fire outside of a synagogue in Jerusalem at the start of the Jewish sabbath, killing seven people.
