At the behest of the Georgian Ministry of Economy and Sustainable Development, Georgian Post has produced and released a series of postage stamps featuring the 2025 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival.

Designed by Badri Kubulaze, the stamps have a nominal value of GEL 1 and a limited circulation of 20,000 units. The Ministry collaborated with the Georgian Olympic Committee to bring this international sports event to life through a new series of postage stamps.

“This tournament is a testament to the excellence of Georgian winter resorts and sports tourism,” said Guram Guramishvili, Deputy Economy Minister and Chairman of the Stamps Commission.

The 2025 European Youth Olympic Winter Festival will take place in Bakuriani ski resort from 9 to 16 February 2025, with additional events scheduled to occur in Batumi and Tbilisi. Eight athletes competing in figure skating, skiing, and biathlon represent Georgia in the tournament.
