Georgian PM meets Slovak counterpart
Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili met his Slovak counterpart, Eduard Heger, at the 2022 Global Security Forum (GLOBSEC).
Parties discussed ways to intensify cooperation and expressed a desire to expand trade, economic, and tourism relations. The two PMs spoke about the war in Ukraine and its effect on regional security.
Irakli Garibashvili thanked his Slovak colleague for support of Georgia’s territorial integrity and Georgia’s European integration aspiration. Georgian PM remarked the support of European partners has the utmost importance in granting Georgia, Ukraine and Moldova the EU candidate status.
