Georgian Parliament on Thursday hosted 46 Ukrainian youngsters who will stay in Georgia from June 22 to July 1.
Speaker Shalva Papuashvili commended the head of the Friendship Group with Ukraine, the Vice-Speaker, Archil Talakvadze, for backing Ukrainian children, stressing cordial and friendly relations between the Georgian and Ukrainian legislatures.
“We welcomed several such groups and we have very good cooperation with the Ukrainian Parliament in this regard. There is a warm relationship between the friendship groups. I also have a very warm relationship and frequent contact with my colleague, Ruslan Stefanchuk, and I am glad that you are also with us in this circle of friendship,” Papuashvili asserted.
During their stay, Lviv music school pupils will participate in a variety of cultural-educational and entertaining activities.
