Georgian General Consulate will operate in Kraków, Poland, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported.
The Foreign Ministry, in collaboration with the Polish side, completed the procedures for the consulate’s opening on February 11.
Ioseb Khakhaleishvili will head up the Consulate. He will assume the duties starting next week.
The Consulate will serve Georgian citizens from the Lubeiskie, Małopolski and Podkarpackie regions of Poland. The Consulate’s opening ceremony will be held in the near future.
