Georgian FM to attend Jubilee NATO Washington Summit

Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Ilia Darchiashvili will attend the jubilee NATO Washington Summit on July 9-11.

The Georgian FM will engage in various other events scheduled as part of the summit agenda and conduct bilateral meetings. He will also attend a meeting of foreign ministers from partner countries on July 10.

Ilia Darchiashvili departed for the United States on July 8.

The summit will commemorate the landmark 75th anniversary of NATO, which was founded on April 4, 1949, with the signing of the North Atlantic Treaty in Washington, DC.
