Georgian Foreign Minister Ilia Darchiashvili stated on Thursday, “The NATO 75th anniversary summit in Washington was very productive, discussing global security challenges.”
Darchiashvili emphasised the importance of Georgia’s participation in the summit “Georgia will continue to work very actively with its partners so that it has concrete, tangible results and progress towards NATO integration.”
“I believe inviting partners to Washington, such as Georgia and NATO member states, was a very right decision. I also got the opportunity to attend numerous events at the request of US Secretary of State Antony Blinken. I had the opportunity to speak with colleagues in bilateral formats about a variety of issues,” Darchiashvili stated.
