Georgian Minister of Foreign Affairs Maka Botchorishvili engaged with her Uzbek counterpart Bakhtiyor Saidov at the Munich Security Conference (MSC) on February 13.
According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, bilateral and multilateral cooperation issues were reviewed during the meeting.
“The conversation touched on the deepening of relations between the countries and the importance of conducting high-level visits. Special focus was made on the intensification of trade-economic ties.
The sides accentuated the significance of Georgia-Uzbekistan cooperation in the Middle Corridor development process,” the Foreign Ministry said.
