Georgian economy up by 2.6 per cent in April

Georgian economy increased by 2.6% in April year-on-year, the National Statistics Service (GeoStat) reported.

Power and gas, transport, warehousing, hotels and restaurants, financing and insurance, art, entertainment, recreation, mountain mining, and the processing industry showed the highest rise.

Constructions, processing industries, and scientific and technical activities decreased.
