Georgian Defense Minister takes part in Schuman Forum

Georgian Defense Minister Juansher Burchuladze participated in Schuman Security and Defence Forum in Brussels, Belgium.

Along with defence ministers from 45 EU member states and partner countries, Juansher Burchuladze reviewed strategic challenges of regional security at the international conference hosted by Josep Borrell, EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy.

The Schuman Security and Defence Forum (Schuman Forum) seeks to contribute to the important partnerships that underpin the EU’s high level of ambition in security and defence.

The Schuman Forum is held every two years under the authority of the EU High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy/Vice-President of the European Commission.
