Georgian Defence Minister Juansher Burchuladze on Monday hosted his Hungarian colleague Kristóf Szalay-Bobrovniczky, reviewing regional challenges and defence cooperation issues.
According to the MOD’s press office, the duo stressed the importance of boosting bilateral cooperation.
Burchuladze thanked his colleague for Hungary’s strong support for Georgia’s territorial integrity and sovereignty, as well as for its Euro-Atlantic aspirations.
The contribution and joint participation of the Georgian and Hungarian military in the ongoing international operations under the auspices of NATO and the European Union was also underscored.
