Georgian, Chinese Education Committees meet in Beijing

During their official visit to Beijing, China, the Georgian Parliament Education Committee members, led by Chairman Givi Mikanadze, met with the Chair and members of the Education, Science, Culture and Public Health Committee of the Chinese People’s Congress.

The meeting discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation in education and science.

Givi Mikanadze focused on the strategic cooperation agreement signed in July and the agreement signed between the ministers of education and science of both countries.

The participants addressed issues such as the mutual recognition of diplomas and promoting collaboration between universities, including joint program implementation.
