Georgian President Salome Zurabishvili is meeting with Emmanuel Macron, President of France at Élysée Palace. The two presidents will sign a cooperation declaration about establishment of Dimitri Amilakhvari French-Georgian Dialog that envisages cooperation in different spheres including defense. Presidents of France and Georgia will then make joint statements for the media after the meeting and answer questions of journalists.
Zurabishvili’s French visit began on February 17. Georgian President visited France’s first lady Brigitte Macron along with her children at Élysée Palace on February 18. The relevant photos have been posted on Salome Zurabishvili’s Facebook page.
Salome Zourabichvili is paying an official visit to France and is holding high-level meetings. The delegation of the President of Georgia includes Minister of Foreign Affairs of Georgia Davit Zalkaliani, Temporary Attorney of Georgia in the Republic of France Teona Giuashvili, First Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Georgia Natia Sulava.
