Georgia-Türkiye tourism cooperation deepens, Tourism Administration says
The first deputy head of the National Tourism Administration, Tamar Koriauli, on Wednesday, met with the representatives of Turkish-Georgian Business Council under Foreign Economic Relations Board of Türkiye (DEIK) in Istanbul.
The parties discussed Georgia-Türkiye tourism relations and future cooperation, the Tourism Administration reported.
On Tuesday, the Georgian-Turkish working group for tourism cooperation held its first meeting in Istanbul.
As part of the meeting, the Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development of Georgia, Mariam Kvrivishvili, met with the Turkish government’s delegation and the private sector representatives, headed by the Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism of Türkiye, Nadir Alpaslan.
Georgian Embassy in Türkiye was involved in and co-organized the meeting.
