Georgia exports dwindled by 11.3% in January-November 2020
The exports of Georgia (excluding non-declared trade) decreased by 11.3% year-on-year to USD 3 016.4 million during January-November 2020, Georgia’s National Statistics Office reported on Monday.
The share of the domestic exports in total export amounted to USD 2 182.5 million (72.4%), which is 4.5% higher against January-November 2019.
The top trading partners by domestic exports were China (USD 431.2 million), Russia (USD 360.3 million), and Bulgaria (USD 281.0 million).
The top 10 export items included copper ores and concentrates (USD 677.2 million), ferroalloys (USD 231.0 million), and wine ( USD 185.3 million), Geostat said.
