Georgian population needs peace, stability, and economic development, said Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili when nominating Archil Chikovani, ruling Georgian Dream’s Batumi mayoral candidate.
According to the PM, economic development would be the government’s top priority for the next years. He said the government elaborated a long-term development plan for every region, city, and village.
Garibashvili stressed Batumi has big potential to become more attractive for investors and tourists.
“Local government and private investors implemented many different projects in Batumi in the last several years. We have a beautified Batumi as a result. But we need much more to do,” PM claimed.
