GD leaders hold meetings with party activists in Adjara

Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party Irakli Garibashvili, GD Executive Secretary Mamuka Mdinaradze and Regional Secretary Dimitri Samkharadze met with party activists from Batumi, Kobuleti, Khulo, Shuakhevi, Keda and Khelvachauri municipalities of the Adjara region.

The head of the Adjara Government Tornike Rizhvadze and majority members of the Adjara Supreme Council participated in the first field regional meeting.

Preparation for the 2024 parliamentary elections was the main topic at the meeting. Irakli Garibashvili said he held the first meeting in the Adjara region and planned to hold similar meetings in 10 regions over 100 days.

“Of course, the main objective for us is to win the elections. There is no question that the Georgian Dream will win. However, we should win the polls strongly, and decisively and secure the constitutional majority.

This was my main message to our party supporters and the mood is positive. We should mobilize everywhere, in all regions, and this is the aim of my field meetings, in the regions,” he said.
