“It has been explicitly proven that representatives of the United National Movement are paying money for the downfall of the nation, for the destruction of Georgia, which is merely a disaster,” Irakli Kobakhidze, the Georgian Dream party chair, stated.

According to Kobakhidze, papers provided on the US Department of Justice website once again revealed that the United National Movement (UNM) is a treasonous party because the party’s representatives paid money to impose sanctions on Georgia.

He also stated that the legislation in place in America, dubbed “Russian law” in Georgia, revealed the true face of the UNM.

“This demonstrates once again that the United National Movement is a war and treachery party. It is obviously inconceivable unless they are direct traitors or agents. You are aware that “Russian law” is in effect in the United States. This is the FARA, and it has once again exposed the face of the UNM. Because of the “Russian law” in effect in America, it was uncovered that the UNM was paying money to blacken the country. This is an incredible situation. Again, I’d like to thank the Americans for the “Russian law,” remarked Irakli Kobakhidze.
