GD Chair discusses economy with Chinese Deputy Trade Minister

Chairperson of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party, Irakli Kobakhidze, said the Georgian delegation met the Chinese Deputy Trade Minister and discussed Georgia-China cooperation in trade and economy.

According to the GD Chair, “productive discussions” touched on cooperation in energy, transport, tourism and all branches of the economy.

Chaired by the GD Chair Irakli Kobakhidze, the Georgian delegation paying a visit to China comprises First Vice Speaker Giorgi Volski, Vice-Speaker Irakli Chikovani, Foreign Relations Committee Chair Nikoloz Samkharadze, Branch Economy and Economic Policy Committee Chair Davit Songhulashvili, Agrarian Issues Committee chair Nino Tsilosani, and First Deputy Chair of the Sports Committee Viktor Sanikidze.
