GD Chair denies secret surveillance on US Ambassador

Chairman of the ruling Georgian Dream (GD) party, Irakli Kobakhidze denied possible secret surveillance on US Ambassador to Georgia, Kelly Degnan and called the allegation a “lie.”

“It is a lie. I know it is a lie,” Kobakhidze said.

When asking Kobakhidze for the remark, journalists claimed there are documents, which confirm that US Ambassador to Georgia is under secret surveillance.
