For Georgia party views UNM as red-line

“The United National Movement (UNM) is a red line for us. We will not form a coalition with this party,” said Mikheil Daushvili, a member of the For Georgia party.

According to Daushvili, the For Georgia party will run independently in the 2024 parliamentary elections.

“For us, the UNM is not a name or surname of concrete individuals. The UNM is a conduct to form no coalition. Today, the UNM is split, and each part tries to do something.

The main goal is not to admit the UNM and Georgian Dream win the elections and rule the country. For us, not only the UNM but the collective UNM represents a red line: Lelo, UNM, Nika Gvaramia, and Nika Melia, all of them are the UNM,” he said.
