FM meets newly appointed US Chargé d’Affaires

Georgia’s Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili has met with Courtney Austrian, the newly appointed US Chargé d’Affaires in Georgia.

According to Botchorishvili, the meeting focused on Georgia-US relations and prospects for further cooperation.

“Today I met with Courtney Austrian, the newly appointed US Chargé d’Affaires in Georgia, who began working in this position today. We discussed relations between Georgia and the United States and prospects for cooperation,” Botchorishvili said.

The US Embassy in Georgia announced earlier today that Courtney Austrian would serve as the US Chargé d’Affaires in Georgia.
