FM: European Integration Commission adopts action plan on EU recommendations

Ilia Darchiashvili, Georgia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, expressed confidence that the significant efforts made by the government will yield concrete results when the European Council decides on granting candidate status on December 15.

He highlighted the effectiveness of the European Integration Commission as a mechanism for addressing recommendations.

“Inclusivity has always been an issue we’ve prioritized, and we remain committed to it. As per the approved agenda and action plan, we will persistently engage with our European partners to advance Georgia’s reform agenda. We recognize that this is an ongoing process, as reforms require sustained efforts and are not accomplished within a single year,” said Darchiashvili.

The meeting of the European Integration Commission took place at Government Administration. The Commission adopted an action plan in response to EU recommendations.
