FM Botchorishvili: Georgia is crucial country with pivotal role in connecting East and West, and beyond
“Georgia is a crucial country that plays a crucial role in facilitating connectivity between the West and the East, and beyond. The nation has significant potential to become a global hub in this regard,” stated Georgian Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili, who is attending the Abu Dhabi Sustainability Week (ADSW) Summit alongside Georgia’s Prime Minister, Irakli Kobakhidze.
According to Minister Botchorishvili, during the summit, the Head of Government will address the Middle Corridor issue. Kobakhidze will emphasise the significance of this corridor, considering Georgia’s national interests, and highlight its development and importance both regionally and globally, as well as Georgia’s specific role within it.
“It is essential for us that at forums dedicated to economic development and the progress of nations, Georgia’s position is heard and that the vital role our country can play in the region is clearly understood,” the minister affirmed.
