First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs meets Turkish Deputy Minister during official visit to Georgia
Roni Meskhi, First Deputy Minister of Internal Affairs of Georgia, held a working meeting with Münir Karaalioğlu, Deputy Minister of Interior of Türkiye, who is on an official visit to Georgia.
They discussed the current partnership in law enforcement, exploring opportunities for its further development and highlighting key areas of cooperation.
According to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Georgia, particular emphasis was placed on crime prevention and the importance of strengthening bilateral relations in this area. The crucial role of police attaches in enhancing cooperation between the agencies was also highlighted.
Both parties expressed optimism that, through joint efforts, law enforcement collaboration between Georgia and Türkiye will become even more active in the future.
At the conclusion of the meeting, Roni Meskhi thanked Münir Karaalioğlu for the fruitful partnership.
