Fire in Batumi extinguished

The fire raging near Leogrand Hotel in Batumi city of Adjara region is extinguished – Rescuer and fire-fighter told First Channel.

Three houses were damaged as a result of the disaster. No casualties or injuries are reported in the fire. Household items are being taken out from the houses.

The fire broke out in the so-called Italian courtyard. Fire-fighting brigades were mobilized at the disaster site. No exact causes of the fire are known yet.
