Fine for walking an unleashed or unmuzzled dog in public will increase, as the Georgian Dream majority initiated the bill.

According to the draft, walking a dog in boulevards, parks, and squares without a leash or muzzle will result in a GEL 150 fine instead of a warning or a GEL 20 fine.

The draft states that repeated misconduct during a year will result in a GEL 300 fine (against the present GEL 50).
