Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili addressed the business session of the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) 58th annual meeting.
According to Lasha Khutsishvili, the ADB annual meeting is an excellent opportunity for dialogue and deepening partnership relations.
The Finance Minister focused on regional challenges and Georgia’s progress over the last 4 years. He remarked that the average annual economic growth rate exceeded 9.5%, and 2025 also started with high growth parameters. He spoke about the need for cooperation and called on the ADB member countries to share experiences to make joint decisions that would contribute to economic growth, creation of new jobs and intensification of regional ties for overall welfare.
Lasha Khutsishvili commended the ADB team and the Italian government for the organization of the ADB’s 58th annual meeting on a high level.
