Finance Minister: 50 mln GEL to be allocated for Anaklia port construction

Georgian Finance Minister Lasha Khutsishvili reported to the parliament on Wednesday, speaking about the budget amounts allocated for the funding of Anaklia port and airports.

The Minister said the 2024 budget includes 50 million GEL for the construction of the Anaklia port.

As Khutsishvili noted, in 2023, 20 million GEL was allocated for the construction of water infrastructure, with a total of 70 million GEL set aside to begin the process.

On top of that, 67 million GEL is allocated for the development of the Georgian airports.
