FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023: Germany defeats Georgia

Georgia played the first match in the second group stage of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 against Germany on September 1 and lost with a score of 100:73.

With this victory, Germany secured the ticket for the 1/4 finals, while Georgia can no longer think about qualifying for the next stage. Georgia will play the next match against Australia on September 3.

The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 takes place in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia from August 25 to September 10. The 32 participating teams will play in 92 games played over 16 days.

The 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup is the 19th tournament of the FIBA Basketball World Cup for men’s national basketball teams.
