FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023: Georgia vs. Venezuela

Georgia will play a decisive match of the FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 against Venezuela on August 30. In case of winning, Georgia will qualify for the next stage of the championships.

The match will kick off at 12:00 Tbilisi time. GPB’s First Channel and Georgian Radio (FM 102.3) will live-transmit the match.

The FIBA Basketball World Cup 2023 takes place in the Philippines, Japan, and Indonesia from August 25 to September 10. The 32 participating teams will play in 92 games played over 16 days.

Georgia, qualified for the F Group, will play at the Okinawa Arena in Japan. The Okinawa Arena will also host E Group matches.

The 2023 FIBA Basketball World Cup is the 19th tournament of the FIBA Basketball World Cup for men’s national basketball teams.
