Explosion at a clinic in Tehran kills 19

At least 19 people have been killed in an explosion at a clinic in Tehran. According to the officials, the blast was caused by a gas leak. 

As reported by the local media outlets, most of the victims were women. 

Firefighters managed to extinguish the blaze several hours later.
