Exclusive of “Momabe” about verdict of Khorava Street murder

The motivation part of the verdict made into case of Khorava Street murder of December 1, 2017, that claimed lives of two juveniles became known to “Moambe” News Program of First Channel exclusively.

The 100-page motivation letter explains why Judge Eka Areshidze changed article to G.J. charged for murder of Davit Saralidze, one of the juveniles and found him guilty only under article of premeditated murder.

Based on the verdict, one wound inflicted to Davit Saralidze in the left leg out of 12 wounds turned out to be fatal. However, infliction of the wound by G.J. to Saralidze was not proved.

The Judge reinforced fact of murder of Levan Dadunashvili, the other juvenile, by G.B. based on testimonies given by several witnesses. The witnesses claimed how G.B. used and then washed the knife.
