Bishop Marcus Schoch urged service attendees to follow coronavirus-related rules before holding the Christmas service.
German Ambassador to Georgia Hubert Knirsch also attended the celebration.
Evangelical-Lutheran Church in Georgia was founded in 1818. The church unites several parishes.
