President congratulates Orthodox Christians on Christmas

The President of Georgia Salome Zourabichvili congratulated Orthodox Christians on Christmas.

“Christmas symbolises love and kindness. I wish your families and our country prosperity and love,” she stated.

The majority of Orthodox Christian Georgians commemorate the birth of Jesus Christ on January 7 according to the Julian calendar.
