The Trump Organization has released an official statement regarding its new development, Trump Tower Tbilisi, which is expected to become the tallest building in Georgia.

According to the statement, the project is being designed by Gensler, one of the world’s largest architectural firms, and will rise about 70 stories.

The project is being developed in partnership with Georgian companies Archi Group, Biograpi Living, and Blox Group.

“With its prime location overlooking Central Park, Trump Tower Tbilisi will serve as the centerpiece of a dynamic mixed-use destination, bringing together luxury residences, high-end retail, world-class dining, and thoughtfully curated lifestyle amenities,” the information notes.

Speaking about the project, Eric Trump, Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, said the development will bring the company’s “globally recognized standard of excellence” to Georgia and expressed satisfaction with cooperation with local partners.

Representatives of Georgian companies also highlighted the project’s significance. Archi Group, described as a leading player in Georgia’s residential real estate market with more than 55 completed projects, emphasized the project’s potential to reshape Tbilisi’s skyline.

“With Trump Tower Tbilisi, we are bringing that ambition to life in its most iconic form – creating a landmark that will transform the skyline and elevate Georgia’s presence on the global stage,” Ilia Tsulaia, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board of Archi Group said.

Biograpi Living CEO Vasil Pkhakadze stated that the company aims to “create the future of urban living in Georgia.”

“Biograpi Living is not just building projects – we are shaping the future of urban living in Georgia. With landmark developments such as Trump Tower Tbilisi, developed in partnership with the Trump Organization, we are introducing a new level of ambition, quality, and global relevance to the city.” Vasil Pkhakadze said.

Additionally, Lasha Meladze, co-founder of Finvest Georgia, said: “Trump Tower Tbilisi represents a major milestone for Georgia’s position on the global investment map and a historic achievement for our region.”

The project also involves The Sapir Organization, which is participating in its first such international commercial development. Its President and CEO, Alex Sapir, noted the personal significance of the project, calling his return to Georgia an emotional experience.

“Returning to Georgia for the first time since I was five years old was an emotional experience for me. I am extremely proud and honored to be building our second Trump building in the country where my parents were born and raised,” he stated.

Further details on the tower’s architecture, design, and sales timeline are expected to be announced in the coming months.
