The Minister of Education, Science and Youth of Georgia has departed for Israel on an official visit, where he will attend the International Conference on Artificial Intelligence, EducAItion 2026, the Ministry of Education has announced.
During his stay, Givi Mikanadze will hold bilateral meetings with Israeli Minister of Education Yoav Kisch and Minister of Innovation, Science and Technology Gila Gamliel. He will also meet with Knesset Speaker Amir Ohana and David Bitan, Head of the Friendship Group with the Georgian Parliament.
As part of the programme, the Minister will meet with the Patriarch of Jerusalem, visit the Sunday School “Mamuli,” and tour the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
