Education and Science City initiated by Prime Minister Mamuka Bakhtadze will be built in Batumi, Adjara region. The presentation of the project was held this afternoon.
PM gave a speech and focused on the importance of education system reform. “We have the national idea and this is education. . . . Every Georgian citizen has to feel that he/she can realize his/her talent and knowledge.” Bakhtadze claimed.
According to PM, Georgian people are talented and they have unique potential. “Education is a strong weapon to overcome all the challenges facing Georgia,” he said.
The modern multi-functional complex will include laboratories, a library, science museum, conference halls, indoor recreational space, sports halls, outdoor stadiums and a living campus for students.
