Economic growth indicators reach 10.3% in last 7 months, Georgian PM says
Georgia’s economic growth indicators reached 10.3% in the last seven months, Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili announced at today’s Cabinet meeting, calling it “unprecedented” globally.
The PM explained that the exports surged by 40%, while remittance transfers soared by 46.8% and topped $ 300 million.
Garibashvili added that the Georgian business sector also saw increased turnover, hitting 25% in January-June, 2022.
