EasyJet inaugurates first flights from London, Milan

EasyJet, the British multinational low-cost airline, has inaugurated its first flights from London and Milan with an Airbus A320 plane bringing 175 and 172 passengers respectively from the two European cities.

The Air Company launched direct flights from Geneva, Milan and London. It implemented the first flight from Geneva on March 31. EasyJet UK will fly from Tbilisi to London, while EasyJet Europe Airline GmbH will provide services to Milan on Tuesdays and Saturdays.

TAV Georgia General Manager Tea Zakaradze emphasized the significance of new routes, stating, “It is significant that Georgian citizens have direct access to European capitals.”

EasyJet, headquartered at London Luton Airport, operates domestic and international scheduled services across 1000 routes in 35 countries through its subsidiary airlines: EasyJet UK, EasyJet Switzerland, and EasyJet Europe.
