“I would like to address Mamuka [Khazaradze] and Badri [Japaridze]: make the only right decision for the country and withdraw from the wrong, non-existent Russian special operation,” stated Elene Khoshtaria, leader of Droa, at a briefing.

According to her, this would be the right course of action for Lelo and for the entire opposition.

“It doesn’t matter what Georgian Dream has planned—the crucial thing is how the opposition responds. I appeal to Mamuka and Badri with all my heart and respect: on this day of liberation, make the right decision—for the country, not for the coalition, not for me, but for the country. Step away from this wrong Russian special operation, and return to the principled struggle of non-cooperation, non-acceptance, and non-submission. This will strengthen the opposition, be the right decision for Lelo, for all activists, and most importantly, for our country. I am eagerly awaiting this decision from Lelo,” Khoshtaria concluded.
