Deputy Economy Minister highlights strong public confidence in Eagle Hills projects
“The development of Eagle Hills projects is proceeding in line with the agreed plan between the state and the investor. In fact, demand has exceeded the initial offer, clearly indicating that interest and trust in the project are exceptionally high,” said Deputy Minister of Economy and Sustainable Development Irakli Nadareishvili.
He added that the first phase of pre-sales was highly successful.
“There was significant demand, with nearly 300 units listed, of which up to 60 per cent were sold to Georgians. Foreign investors and buyers also showed considerable interest. These results demonstrate that speculation regarding the project, its pricing, and the nationality of buyers is unfounded and not based on any real arguments,” Nadareishvili stated.
The Deputy Minister emphasised that the project is large-scale and unprecedented in terms of investment size, and will be developed according to the same principles as other major projects.
“The interest from foreign investors in Georgian real estate is entirely healthy. There is no room for any notions of Arabisation or other misconceptions concerning this or any other project in Georgia,” Nadareishvili concluded.
