The dense fog and dust is observed in Tbilisi. First Channel contacted the National Environment Agency and asked for clarification.
According to the agency, fog and dust are caused by the interaction of hot air masses from the southern regions of the country and relatively cool air masses on the ridge of the Caucasus Mountains.
As explained by specialists, dusty masses may be spread from the south due to such synoptic processes.
