Defense Ministry’s “Army Camp” welcomes seventh rotation

The Georgian Ministry of Defense’s initiative “Army Camp” is currently hosting its seventh rotation, bringing together pupils  from various regions of the country.

Participants are undergoing training at the The Colonel Besik Kutateladze Sachkhere Mountain Training School and the Sergeant Academy in Kojori, named after Giorgi Antsukhelidze.

According to the Ministry, the camp’s daily schedule is packed with engaging, pupils-centered activities.

“Students receive in-depth instruction from military instructors on the functions and purpose of drones. Following theoretical sessions, they also get the chance to gain hands-on experience.

The Georgian Patriarchate is actively involved in the project. In addition to military training, the camp is visited by a theater troupe affiliated with the Patriarchate, offering educational and informative performances to the youth,” the official statement reads.
