Defence Ministry hosts EU Military Committee Chair

Georgian Defence Ministry hosted the Chairman of the EU Military Committee, Robert Briger, who paid a visit to Georgia.

At the meeting with the Chief of the Georgian Defense Forces, General-Major Giorgi Matiashvili, the dies spoke about the partnership with the EU and plans.

Robert Briger visited the NATO-Georgia Joint Training and Evaluation Centre (JTEC) within the framework of the visit. He commemorated the soldiers who died for Georgia’s territorial integrity restoration at the Heroes Square. EU Military Committee Chair also plans to visit the Administrative Boundary Line (ABL).
