The court left Iveri Melashvili and Natalia Ilychova, persons detained regarding the David-Gareji case, in custody.

The lawyers demanded the release of Ilyichova and Melashvili under the bail of 211 people. As an alternative, the judge was offered the use of additional restrictive measures.  Judge did not share the position of the lawyers.
