Conservative Movement members rally at GD office

Members of the Conservative Movement protest at the Georgian Dream (GD) party’s central office.

The movement representatives and members of Alt-Info blocked the road between the Patriarchate and Peace Bridge.

The protesters object to the registration abolishing to the Conservative Movement by the House of Justice several days ago. Based on the decision the party will not be able to run in the 2024 parliamentary elections.

The protesters burnt the GD flag. The police are present on the territory.

Conservative Movement leader Konstantine Morgoshia said the decision was politically motivated but warned that if registration was not restored, the protests would be permanent.
